Kung Jeon a.k.a. Korean Palace @ Baguio

30 March 2011

A couple of months ago, I went back to my hometown for some family time. In our family, family time is also known as food time. Thus I bring you another set of great food find in Baguio.

It's a house converted into a resto.

If guests want to dine under the stars, they have a nice patio up front. Parking space should not be a problem too  cause they have ample parking space and a long driveway to accommodate their guests.

one of the things i love about korean restaurants is their free appetizers =)

i forgot what you call this but it's basically scrambled eggs =P

Photo5586
this didn't look appetizing at all... i think it was my sister who ordered. tip: don't order this. =P

Photo5585
again, i forgot the name. but from what i remember, this soup was good. =)

I sooooo love this except for the onions and the green onions. the meat was tender like melt in your mouth stuff and very flavorful!

Photo5583
kimbap! a staple order when we eat at Korean restos. One can never go wrong with it.

bibimbap or something. i forgot what you call it but this is one of my new favorites. * So long as I dont forget to tell the waiter not to put onions in it. =)

The right way to eat the one pictured above is for you to mix it while it's still hot. Yummy!
I love how the resto feels so homey. There are tables inside the rooms so if you're with a big group, you can choose to occupy one room and keep that all for yourselves.

They also have Korean costumes at the front desk where one can try on traditional Korean costumes and have their picture taken for free. *Ps. Bring your own camera.

Plus, the owner was very friendly and she makes sure you enjoy your meal... and that you wear the costumes properly. =P hehe
