Palmeras and the famous Knicker Bocker of Zamboanga

After 6 months of staying here, I was finally able to try the famous dessert of Zamboanga --- The Knicker Bocker.


Note: Dessert does not come first. Feast your eyes on the ambiance and the rice before you head off to the dessert. =P

Strawberry Ice cream over watermelon chunks, ripe mango slices, banana slices, and red & green agar.

Not bad for a full up meal.

Imagine dried mangoes having marshmallow consistency... awesome discovery!! =P
