Applebee's

The only winner for me was the Sriracha shrimp. Most of the dishes were a bit too salty. It's also good to note that they carry Behringer for their wine selection.

Chez Karine Bakery

I came by a newly opened quaint little store along Serendra last week. The cute store design piqued my interest thus I decided to check it out.

They sell macaroons <3 <3 <3
ME: Ma, how would you compare it with Bizu?
MUM: It's definitely smaller. (the size)

PS. The passion fruit flavor tastes like guava.

I bought these because of the cute little jars. =P

World's Best Burger with the World's Best Dad

While I was in the metro and before he flew off to some island, my Dad invited me for some lunch. This was after the late snack the day before. (I guess my Dad was making up for quantity and quality time spent with his favorite daughter. Shut-up sissys! =P Lol.)

PS. Pardon the lousy pics. I failed to bring my cam and all I got was my cam phone. I'll make it up to you next time. =)

Midnight Mercato

I've already been to Mercato Centrale a couple of times since it opened but it was my first time to visit the Midnight edition last night. My Aunt and I arrived at BGC around 2100H and we already saw busy people at the area. We didn't go there directly as I still had to buy me a pair of new WHITE running shoes.

**OOT (Out Of Topic): Got a pair of new shoes @ R.O.X. for a very good deal, more than 50% off! Oh, and even their Sanuks are on sale! =)

Back to topic. After my purchase, my growling hungry stomach found it's way into Midnight Mercato. Since it was my turn, my Aunt got us a table and waited while I set off to buy our foods. I really didn't have a specific food to buy in mind so I just let the long lines do the talking. (Usually, the stores with long lines are the ones that sell good food.) Will upload pics in the next posts...

Scramble mania

For people like me who didn't get to taste much of the glorious street-food life because "mum-said-not-to-buy-street-foods". I would like to give you, Scramble mania!!!

I really really really wanted to try this since I was a kid. A.K.A "iskrambol". I used to loathe my other classmates since they can buy this treat anytime they want. While I waited till I was high school before I had a taste of my first "iskrambol". Unluckily, my first was my last since I had low tolerance for street food. So when I saw this at the mall... GLEE!!!

ME: i SO SO SO SO love it!
COUSIN: Loves it as well!
KINDA-OLD AUNTS (30+): They were looking for a different texture. They said it didn't taste like the original. They say the ice were "finer" and they were saying something about a "pinipig-like" texture when you bite the ice... I have no idea what they're talking about. I just love my new find! =P

Location: @ 3rd Floor, Market, Market, Taguig
* There's also one at the ground level of SM North Edsa but it's a different brand.
